Custom merchandise

MarketPlace Interiors does not accept returns on custom upholstery and fabric yardage. Custom upholstery is made to order for you and may take up to 12 weeks for delivery. For that reason, please make sure to measure all doorways to ensure your items will fit and be aware that upholstery dye lots may vary. Oversized merchandise

Items delivered via white glove service are returnable (excluding the above-mentioned custom merchandise). These items are eligible for full refund to original form of payment, less return shipping charges, within 7 days of receipt. One may incur a restocking fee of up to 10% of the purchase price.

FedEx/UPS shipped merchandise

Items delivered via FedEx/UPS are eligible for full refund to original form of payment, less return shipping charges, within 7 days of receipt.

How to Return

Please use the online return form associated with your order to alert us within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure all returns are packaged properly as MarketPlace is not responsible for damages that occur in transit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Return shipping charges may apply. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Returns sent via USPS that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender.
